How we work
A prescriber decides, not a form
The online consultation is where you tell us about your health. It is not where the decision is made. A prescriber reads every consultation and every review, and declines the ones that should be declined.
Prices in the open
Every strength and every price is published on this site, before you start and without signing in. So is what happens to the price when a strength changes.
No subscription
Nothing recurs. There is no stored mandate to charge against, which is also why a change of strength is sent to you as a payment to approve rather than taken automatically.
Records that answer questions later
What was prescribed, by whom, on what information and under which version of our clinical rules, is recorded at the time. That is what makes a question months later answerable.
Dispensed here, not brokered
Prescriptions are dispensed at our own registered premises rather than passed to a third party. That is what lets us answer a question about a particular order, and what makes a product recall something we can act on rather than forward.
Medicines are stored and sent in packaging appropriate to them, and the outer packaging carries no clinic branding and no description of the contents.
