Prescriber information
Every prescription here is reviewed and issued by a named, UK-registered clinician. Never by an automated system, and never by a questionnaire alone.
You can check every registration below yourself. Each link opens the regulator's own search rather than a page we control, so what you see is whatever the register says today.
Treatment is prescription-only and is supplied only where a prescriber judges it clinically appropriate after reviewing your online consultation. It is not available on request.
No prescriber has been published yet
This page names each prescriber and publishes the registration number that lets you check them. Until those details are supplied it names nobody: [TO BE SUPPLIED] is what a value looks like here, and this site does not display a name or a number in its place.
You can still search the registers directly — the GPhC register of pharmacists and the GMC register of doctors.
The decision is theirs, and it can be no
A prescriber reads your consultation in full, checks what you have told us against your measurements and your medical history, and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. They may ask for more information, ask for a video call, prescribe something other than what you asked for, or decline.
A decline is a clinical decision rather than a failure of the service, and nothing you pay for entitles you to a prescription. How the consultation works sets out the steps, and the terms of service set out the rest.
Registered, and checkable
[TO BE SUPPLIED] is a registered pharmacy, registration [TO BE SUPPLIED] with the General Pharmaceutical Council. The full particulars — superintendent pharmacist, premises, company and VAT registration — are published on the about page and in the footer of every page.
Suspected side effects can be reported through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme. You do not need to be certain the medicine caused it.
